图像设计助理Imaging Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY:

Be responsible for imaging.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Be responsible of taking photo and editing, to meet requirement of imaging.

2.When images of parts are shot the background must be "knocked out" and the image sometimes needs tonal adjustment depending on the quality of the original. Attention to detail is important as the files will need to be named and typographical errors must be avoided. Also, this person will need to be able to watermark the images with WAI, Lester and possibly other logos.

3.Communicate with US catalog team for imaging case.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1.High school degree or above.

2.The ability to use Adobe Photoshop or similar image editing software.

3.Familiar with software of Illustrator & Indesign is plus.

4.Fluent English in writing.

5.Familiar with MS-Office.

6.1 years of imaging experience at least.

电子工程师Electrical Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for new product design and development, product modifications, prototyping, cost reductions, and product approvals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for new product design and development, product modifications, prototyping, cost reductions, and product approvals.

2. Able to initiate, execute and close a project as leader and coordinate activities of development related to his/her project.

3. Ensure all electrical schematics are correct, test plans are detailed, and BOMs are accurate.

4. Help plan and participate in continuous improvement projects with an emphasis on engineering methods, knowledge, and APQP systems.

5. Participate in 8D quality resolutions and in functional teams as part of APQP processes.

6. Work closely with mechanical and manufacturing engineering teammates internationally.

7. Responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time.

8. Provide technical support to product development team and vendors.

9. Provide support for product transitions to and from China.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES

This position will have no subordinates.

1. BSEE degree or higher.

2. Greater then 3 years of electrical design experience within a product design center.

3. Familiar with thick film substrate design and manufacturer.

4. Familiar with micro controller or Asics architecture.

5. Project Managements skills.

6. Hands on prototype build.

7. Knowledge in rectifier, regulator, and ignition modules is definitely an advantage.

8. Working knowledge and analysis experience of OEM/ODM electronic products is a plus.

9. Familiar with product development procedures and processes.

10. Should be able to work independently and within a team environment.

11. Good command of both oral and written English.

12. Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, and outlook.

13. Knowledge of AutoCAD required.

机械工程师Mechanical Engineer

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Be responsibility for electronic products mechanical design.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for new product development, conduct assembly and plastic/sheet metal/rubber/die casting parts detailed 3D/2D design.

2. Make the design meet internal QA and related external standard, support product QA test and certification.

3. Responsible for relevant BOM, test report, sample review report etc document.

4. Estimate mechanical part unit price and tooling investment, draft mechanical design and tooling schedule.

5. Responsible for schedule tracking, ensure projects completed on time.

6. Responsible for prototype, engineering sample mechanical test and review, provide test/evaluation report

7. Attend supplier survey, responsible for tooling schedule, quality, technical issue track

8. Support to solve technical issues in production

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES

This position will have no subordinates.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. BS degree or higher of Mechanical Engineering

2. 3+ years electronic product mechanical design experience, Rectifier, Regular, Alternator, Mass air flow and Sensor design experience is much preferred

3. Broad knowledge of plastic, sheet metal, rubber and die casting parts design, heat dissipation design and relevant tooling and manufacture process knowledge.

4. Familiar with electronic product mechanical design and test knowledge.

5. Skillful with MS office, Solidworks or Pro-e and AutoCAD.

6. Honest, positive, detailed and courage to meet challenge.

7. Good team work spirit and communication skill, strong design review and problem solving ability.

8. Fluent skill in both written and oral English.
